"By our consecrated life we empty ourselves and open our hearts to the continued incarnation of God. We grow in our encounter with the Word primarily through the Eucharist and the liturgical life of the Church. Our communal prayer makes visible the reality of our communion in the Lord. Our prayer life is enriched as we return again and again, to be formed by the Gospel. We seek especially to live the spirit of the Beatitudes, which Jeanne Chézard de Matel considered to be the center of our spirit and rule of life. We look to Mary, Mother of the Incarnate Word, who teaches us to receive the grace of God with a pondering heart, and to allow the Word of God to become flesh in our very persons. (Luke 1, 30; 38; 2, 51) Intercessory prayer for the Church is central to our apostolic spirituality. We pray in a special way for peace, the unity of the Church, and the reconciliation of Christians."
Our Way of Life
We consider prayer for you and for your intentions to be an important part of our life with God, and would like to take your needs to God in our hearts when we pray, especially as we gather for community prayer at Eucharistic Liturgy, Eucharistic Adoration, and Liturgy of the Hours.
What intentions would you like us to remember when we pray?
